I have recently picked up body building and weight lifting again. It is said that as a person gets older, if the muscles are not constantly worked at, they will atrophy and weaken with time. The same can be said for the natural lenses in your eyes. The lenses are pulled by muscles to increase or decrease the curvature of the lens depending on the distance of the object you are focusing on. As we age, the lens will harden, and the muscles around it will weaken as well.
The first tip is to regularly exercise your eyes, so that you can maintain sharp vision into your old age. The easiest to start off is to do regular massage for the muscles around your eye balls. Use your ring finger to press down gently on the areas around your eyes. Rotate your eyeballs in its socket several times slowly. Finally, develop the muscles around your natural eye lens by focusing on near and far objects that are at different areas in front of you without moving your head.
The second tip is to understand that exercise is the Yang, while rest is the Yin that counterbalances the exercises. Just like weightlifting, when you work your muscles, there are micro tears that need time for healing. By resting these muscles, the muscles will get stronger with time. So rest your eyes every hour between periods of intensive eye usage. Use palming by rubbing your palms together rapidly to generate heat, and then cup your palm on your closed eyes.
The best advice is still to get rid of your glasses, and seek to regain your natural perfect eye sight. I have thrown away my glasses several years back, and was thankful that I am saved from a lifetime of eye wear inconveniences and costs.
I now have perfect vision in my right eye, and near perfect in my left. I have searched for natural ways to improve my vision, and have found one that actually works for me. Do check out the scientifically proven, natural and easy way to improve your vision, without burning a hole in your pocket. Go to the website http://health11.info for more information.
